VISION

To be an exemplary voluntary and non-profit provider of services in line with the Riding for the Disabled Association.

MISSION

To provide opportunities for horse-riding and related activities for special needs children who can benefit from participation in these activities through our Bukit Kiara-Riding for Disabled programme.

The riding programme for persons with disabilities at Bukit Kiara Equestrian and Country Resort was established via a Deed of Trust dated 28 December 1994 signed between Bukit Kiara Resort Berhad and several equestrian members of the Club, who then became the Trustees of the Bukit Kiara – Riding for Disabled.

 

The Bukit Kiara Riding for Disabled Programme then came under the umbrella of the Riding for the Disabled Association (RDA) Malaysia as one of the latter’s branches. RDA is a worldwide organisation that provides opportunities for children and young adults with varying disabilities to enjoy a stimulating, healthy and therapeutic sport, i.e. horse riding. RDA Malaysia is a registered charity established under the royal patronage of YangTeramat Mulia Raja Dato Seri Azureen binti AlMarhum Sultan Azlan Muhibbuddin Shah Al-Maghfur-lah
